Location is amazing, ski in ski out, felt like I was a pro skier. The junior staff were friendly and helpful, poor things, must be tough working with the grumpy oldies in this hotel.
The staff could use some training on how to crack a smile, but I guess that's too much to ask for.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an outstanding location, with great potential for a five-star experience. The ski-in and ski-out access, as well as the easy access to the village, made my stay incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were eager to please and the exceptional spa added to the overall experience.

The resort offers fun and themed facilities for small children, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The ski domain had diverse activities that appealed to both beginners and experts. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi, helpful concierge services, and convenient ski storage.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a larger selection of family-friendly activities.

The hotel was perfectly located by the slopes, making it easy to go skiing every day. We also enjoyed the shuttle service that took us to nearby restaurants. The spa was an absolute highlight and we loved the sauna and steam room. The breakfast buffet was divine with a delicious selection of pastries and coffee.
Some of the staff were not very friendly and we felt that they could have been more welcoming and helpful during our stay. The pillows in our room were not very comfortable which made it difficult to have a good night's rest.

The ski-in and ski-out access offered at the hotel was a highlight of our Easter trip. We also appreciated the excellent spa facilities, which made relaxing after a day on the slopes even better. the hotel's proximity to local shops and restaurants made it easy to explore the area.
We felt that some aspects of the hotel didn't quite live up to our expectations. The rooms could have been more modernized, and the quality of some of the facilities didn't quite match the 5-star rating.

Located in the heart of the village with easy access to everything, this hotel is a great choice for a luxurious getaway. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, spacious, and offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The friendly staff provide exceptional service and breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available. Enjoy the gym or relax in the bar, which has a good selection of drinks.
Some guests have criticized the hotel for its limited vegetarian menu.

Luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities. Beautiful view and great ski in/ski-out location. Friendly staff and exceptional service. The indoor swimming pool and spa were remarkable. Room advantages such as comfortable beds and high-quality linens were fulfilled. The restaurant's food was top-notch and delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The bar/lounge area is cozy and the perfect spot to relax after a long day of skiing.
The only minor issue was the limited choice of beers available at the bar. The wine list, on the other hand, was extensive.
